By agreeing to the media release you agree to allow Par-Troy Travel Basketball to include your child in team photos, action shots and game video and use it for this site and social media for promotional or other uses.
Liability Waiver
By agreeing to the liability waiver you agree that basketball is a contact sport and therefore can potentially cause injuries. Furthermore you agree to not hold liable either Par-Troy Travel Basketball or any of it's employees for any injuries that may occur.
